Spleen is a filtering organ meat (maximum 5% of the ration). Frozen product; store at -18°C. Thaw the meat in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours. Once thawed, keep refrigerated for a maximum of 24 hours. Do not refreeze thawed product!
